G2MC meeting in 2017 brought participants from 50+ countries to come together with shared vision to accelerate the implementation of genomic medicine globally. This meeting is the exciting time for pharmacogenomics, where participants (as director, researchers from various institutes) came together from around the world. This is the first G2MC meeting that teams from Africa countries and South America countries are participating, joining the discussion with European and Asians colleagues. It was a leap forward for everyone participating in the meeting looking for the implementation of pharmacogenomics in clinical and pharmacy practice.
